Musician Questionnaire

We take preparation very seriously in our worship ministry. We strive for excellence in everything we do. Therefore, we expect all vocalists/musicians to maintain a regular practice schedule and always be growing in their craft on their own time.

We would love to get an idea of your skill level. Take some time to record a video and send the link our way. This can be simply setting your phone up, recording, then uploading to Youtube. Below are some options of songs we would like to see. This will greatly expedite the audition process as it will allow us to more accurately determine your next step.

For vocalists, we understand that keys vary between singers. Submit videos with the songs requested in keys that fit YOUR vocal range.
